Business Policies
Cancellation Policy
Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the service fee.
Late Arrivals
If a client arrives late to their scheduled appointment, they will still be charged 100% of the service fee. We will do our best to accommodate the remaining time, but full service may not be guaranteed.
No-Show Policy
Clients who do not show up for their services without 24 hour notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. No-shows significantly impact our ability to serve other clients and maintain our schedule.
Product & Retail Sales
All sales on products and retail items are final. No refunds will be issued for purchased items.
